Site Work
The site demolition at the new 2-story addition for the Band/Orchestra area has started.
The relocation of the storm utilities at the rear of the school have also started.
New 2-story Classroom Addition
The existing concrete slab has been removed. The preparation of the building pad is nearly complete. The main underground storm and water line utilities have been installed across the main entrance of the building. We are continuing with the rest of the underground plumbing and electrical work. We are also continuing with the installation of the foundations.
New Art Rooms Addition
The site demolition has been completed. The interior demolition has been completed. The existing structure (building) has been removed. The building pad has been created and approved. The installation of underground plumbing and electrical is nearly complete. The foundations are also nearly complete. The structural steel erection has started.
North End of the Upper Level in the Auxiliary Gymnasium
The walls have been erected along with the new door and window frames. The mechanical, electrical, and fire protection rough-ins are continuing. Drywall is currently being installed. Demolition is continuing at the racquetball courts. These areas will become the new wrestling room, weight lifting room, cardio room, and dance room.
Main Gym Locker Rooms / Basement (Existing ROTC location) / New Hallway
The demolition is continuing in the locker rooms of the ROTC area. The metal stud walls have been installed. The plumbing and electrical items are being installed into the walls. Door frames have been received and installed in the New ROTC area.
Storage Rooms in Pool Area
The pool has been drained. The new construction of the Temporary Classrooms in the pool will start in the near future.
